Grapes come from old vineyards at the coast range Loncomilla dry valley. Hand-picked grapes in mid-April, the grape is fermented during 14 days inside stainless steel tanks controlling temperature. Then the wine is aged for about 8 months in French oak barrels which contributes more complexity.
Tasting notes
Violet red deep glossy color, with generous fruits aromas like cherries, raspberries and chocolate, at the palate is tasty plenty sweet and soft tannins. Temperature recommended at 20 ºc pairing with roast pork lamb.
