Grapes come from old vineyards at the coast range dry Loncomilla´s valley. Hand-picked grapes at the beginning of April, the grape is fermented during 10 days inside stainless steel tanks controlling its temperature. Then the wine is aged for about 8 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Brilliant deep purplish red. Ripe cherry aromas, plum, chocolate and a hint of roasted red pepper. Soft and balanced at the palate with a pleasant and persistent finish. Temperature recommended at 20 ° C pairing with pastas, creamy sauces or white meats.
