Grapes come from old vineyards at the coast range dry valley. Hand-picked grapes at the end of April, the grape is fermented during 14 days inside stainless steel tanks controlling its temperature. Then the wine is aged for about 8 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Deep and intense purple red. Complex aromas with pleasant cherries, tobacco, spices and chocolate notes. At the palate is abundant, soft balanced, an easy-drinking wine with soft and ripe tannins with a long and pleasant persistence. Temperature recommended at 20 ºc pairing with roasted meats, pastas.
